Grace Pentecostal Church
We are part of the Ukrainian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith (UCCEF), a Pentecostal union of churches.
Grace Church was founded in 2011 in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, in Ukraine’s Odesa region, by a small group of believers who wanted to follow God’s will.
We hold to the gospel of Jesus Christ and believe we are called to share God’s Word — the good news of salvation — with everyone.
The Bible, the Word of God, is our highest authority.
We are actively involved in the life of our community, caring for people’s practical needs and offering spiritual support to all.
Prayer and in-depth Bible study are at the heart of church life, because the Bible is the one source of God’s truth and of His will for each person and for the whole world.
What we believe
Statement of faith
The Bible
We believe the Bible — the canonical books of the Old and New Testaments — is the Holy Scripture and the Word of God, fully sufficient for knowing God and for our salvation.
The Trinity
We believe in one true God who exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God, one with the Father, and the only Savior.
Salvation
We believe salvation — the forgiveness of sins and eternal life in the Kingdom of Heaven — is God’s free gift, received through faith in Jesus Christ and never earned by our own effort or merit. To be saved, a person needs to believe in Jesus Christ as Savior, repent, be born again and be baptized as a believer.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit: an empowering from God, evidenced by speaking in other tongues and accompanied by the gifts of the Spirit.
The Church
We believe the universal Church of Christ is made up of everyone born of God and saved through faith in Jesus Christ, from every nation and people — both those living on earth today and those who have gone to be with the Lord.
Christ’s return and the resurrection
We believe our Lord Jesus Christ will return to earth in power and glory. The dead in Christ will be raised, and the Church will meet the Lord and be with Him forever.
